Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Garments

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, hygiene stickers, and tags remain intact and undamaged.

  Download Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
